Research On Issue Of Urban Rural Urbanization In The Areas Along The Yangtze River Jiangsu

Urban rural issue is a special phenomenon under urban-rural dual system, which is china's national condition, it's the result of china's rapid urbanization. In recent years, the cities along the Yangtze river in Jiangsu province is entering a new stage of development that mainly focusing in promoting the cities' modernization. But with the accelerating pace of urban development, the cities along the Yangtze river in Jiangsu has taken specific administrative measures, including many kinds, such as change the counties into sections, change the suburbs into urban areas, and change the rural areas in suburban areas into urban areas, as a result, a large number of urban rural problems occur. Urban rural issues have become an important and difficult issue that draws the common concern of municipal government of the cities along the Yangtze river in Jiangsu, villagers in urban rural areas and the scholar circles, motivating the national scholars conduct the study on urban rural areas and urban rural urbanization issues from economics, sociology, urban planning and other perspectives. Urban rural urbanization is the urbanization of the rural areas mentioned above, and greatly develop non-agricultural industries in the urban rural area, making it gradually change into cities (urban) areas, or making the natural agriculture change into modern agriculture in rural areas, which contains economies of scale, streamlines, concentration of the elements of urban elements, and demonstrate as a to a certain extent urban residential part. Urban Rural Urbanization is the only way that a city walks towards modernization, it is an important choices for us to raise our the people's quality of life in an all round level. Based on the large number of domestic and foreign predecessors' research results, started from definition and meaning of the conception of urban rural, this thesis analyzes the types and basic features of urban rural areas, and analyze the reasons of the formation of urban rural areas from macro and micro level, and sum up the internal mechanisms towards its formation. On this basis, analyzing the present status of urban rural areas of the areas along the Yangtze river in Jiangsu, analyzing the main problems occur in the process of the urban rural urbanization in the areas along the Yangtze river in Jiangsu. In light of the problems in urban rural areas in Jiangtze city, the thesis compares the different models of the urbanization of the rural areas, and further sum up the general laws and way in urban construction in the rural urbanization and at last give the corresponding policy recommendations.
