In this time of information as the integration and network of information technology (IT) is keeping on developing; the application of IT in the enterprises management has been becoming predominance and an irresistible tendency in the enterprises competition. As a result, to develop the information management technologies and drive the progresses of the industry so that to accelerate the advancement of the whole society has become an urging object of the modernization of our country. Although both the government and the enterprises has been paying much attention, human resources, material resources and money resources in to the application of IT in the enterprises management, the number of the successful cases is still limited. Thus, it is of practical meanings to do some all-around research into the factors in the typical success of the application of IT in the enterprises management.This paper focuses on the successful innovation with IT of Sida, which is a traditional manufacturing state enterprise. The research is carried out in three inner-related views. The success of the application of IT in the enterprises management has the same demands for the inner dynamic forces as other successes of the organization. So firstly we analyze and sum up the main dynamic forces of Sida in the view of the organization dynamics. As the inner dynamic forces are possessed, the success should be realized by the application of IT into the operation processes of the enterprise. The third chapter analyzes the operation processes of the main enterprise management information systems and builds up the business process models of Sida's MIS based on the ARIS method and toolset. The purpose of the model is to be helpful in the further improvement of the systems and other organizations that want to learn from Sida can do animation and amelioration on this basis. At the same time, we give some specific advises on improving some problems founded during the research. During the analyzing of the operation processes of Sida another factor for the success of its application of IT in its management is that some circulation systems has been built up objectively. So in the forth chapter we try to find the success factors of Sida's success by using the organization circulation system model which is based on the hypercycle theory, and come up with some conclusions by the combination of the theory with Sida's experiences.The selection of the views of this research is different from the most common ones, such as the innovation of the state enterprises, the key role of the head of the enterprise in this project. Organization dynamics, ARIS process-oriented modeling and organization circulation system model based on the hypercycle theory are made use of to probe into the factors and the theory foundations for Sida's success and try to come to some models, conclusions and advices of practical meaning.
