Nowadays as consumer credit of domestic commercial banks develops quickly, consumer credit risk increases gradually. The impact factors of credit risk between regions are different, so the study on the differences of consumer credit risk between regions will provide suggestions for the commercial banks in different cities to make effective consumer credit policy and strengthen the default risk control.Based on analyses of domestic and overseas references, this dissertation expatiates the impact factors of consumer credit risk and presents the variables set that should be considered in credit scoring. Then put the samples of residential mortgage that taken out from the industrial and commercial bank of china, Shenzhen branch and Harbin branch into Logistic regression model, and establish the consumer credit regional risk model. The result shows that marriage, occupation, education and age are the common important impact factors of credit risk in Shenzhen and Harbin. The differences are that whether the consumer is a local person is the important impact factor to Shenzhen, while income per month to Harbin. After deeply analyzing the result, this dissertation gives commercial banks in Shenzhen, Harbin and other similar cities suggestion on consumer credit policies.
