In The world financial crisis situations, export faced huge pressure, thinking of how to expand domestic consumption demand, especially personal consumption demand, both theoretical research hot spot and policy makers the dilemma. While individual consumer credit to enhance consumer consciousness and defuse financial risks, expanding domestic demand, promoting economic development in China has certain theoretical meaning and realistic significance.Based on this background, this paper use consumer credit risk theory, combined with the present situation of consumer credit, analyzes the process of individual consumer credit default rates problems, from the multiple comparison is studied in detail consumer credit the causes of the formation of the credit risk. Finally, in reference to foreign advanced experience and combining with China on the basis of actual condition policy recommendations, namely from social perspective and bank Angle two Angle to the proposed control credit risk measures. Specific measures mainly have set up perfect consumer credit legal system, to create a unified national credit bureaus and credit notion of citizen education, establishing the defaulting parties punishment mechanism and to carry out scientific and effective evaluation of assets. The paper also found that personal credit includes two parts:moral credit and credit assets. This paper holds that the lack of this two kinds of credit asset restricting our personal consumption credit market development, put forward in collecting samples information on the basis of individual moral credit index and asset credit index set variables and establish a scientific evaluation model to circumvent individual consumer credit of credit risk.
