Presently, China is being in the high speed developing process,"the Chinese phenomenon"also becomes the focal point which the multitudinous scholar pays attention. Under the Chinese unique environment, our country manufacturing industry enterprises'survival environment has also had the huge change. In order to maintain an impregnable position in the competition, manufacturing enterprises must enhance the capability to cope with the market changes, and enhance the speed of development, manufacture and dissemination of new product. Therefore, informatization becomes an option for manufacturing enterprises'survival and development. However, the effect of the information system is not satisfactory in practice. However is not difficult to discover, although the enterprise gave to the information has highly taken, has used the maturer software system, the enterprise actually certainly not the income which obtained them from in the information system application to expect. This kind of huge dropping variance also urges the people to be able not but even more to pay attention to the information strategy investment income and so on the deep level question. In the past ten years, many scholars have made a lot of research on the effect of IS, but most of them are confined to the study of some enterprise or to the IT professional interview. At the same time, they made massive descriptions on the IT application process, and rarely from the perspective of the theoretical and empirical analysis. We found that domestic mostly concentrates at the overall performance of enterprises. However, domestic research in this area is basically a blank. Moreover, regarding how the persons in an organization affect the performance of information system implementation, most of the previous scholars conducted their research from the perspective of cognitive. Therefore, we have thoroughly discussed the relationship between the information system and the performance of organizations at the local level. We have discovered those factors on organizational structure which affect the performance of organizations, and reveal how the influence occurs.This paper presents a research model according to logistic analysis. We point that the interdependence among subunits cannot influent the performance of subunits directly, but thread some"intermediate benefits"after IS implementation. In order to confirm the theoretical model and the supposition which this article proposed, this research through questionnaires the way to select 22 enterprises from the national scope to carry on the investigation and we recycled 581 effective questionnaires finally. By investigates the data to take the data analysis the main origin, we adopted One-way ANOVA to examine the external factors to the interdependence among subunits and performance influence. Then, we used the structure equation model (SEM) in this paper to examine the paths and hypothesis. After deleted some not remarkable way and some wrong hypothesis we obtains the final model. We confirmed and supplemented predecessors'theories, and presented some new conclusions and discovery synchronously. Interdependent degree between the organization unit can affect afterthe organization application information system the achievements enhancement, and this kind of influence is not directly produces, but is through uses the high grade data, thus enhanced the entire organization unit working efficiency and the coordination, and fromthis has brought the overall achievements promotion. At the same time, the findings also indicated that, in the middle benefit coordinative promotion is affects the organization unit achievements to be most important, the most direct factor. The Chinese enterprise superintendent may enhance the mutual dependence and the coordination between the organization unit through the conformity organizations andagencies, and measure and so on dependence promotion data quality strengthens it to the coordinative promotion and the working efficiency function, after thus achieved the promotion enterprise enhances the implementation information achievements the goal.
