The Research Of Selecting Technology Standard Strategies Of Our Country

Development of human society history has proven that the development of the industry must have the appropriate standardization as the supporting conditions. With economic globalization and trade liberalizations technical standards are more important in international competition. For improving the development of science and technology, facing Technical barriers of trade, achieving sustainable development of economy, many developed countries in the world have been competing with each other, increasing their efforts to study standards so as to win the initiative in the standards competition. Therefore, the strategic choice of technical standards causing many scholars’;research, but these studies are discussed in the traditional economic level or the real economy,level. and philosophical analysis of the technical standards, is few and far between. In fact, the philosophical understanding of the technical standards, to enhance the international competitiveness of China’s participation in technical standards is significance meaning in fundamental guiding.In this paper, the content is divided into two parts:the first part includes the first and second chapter, and focus on the basic theoretical research about technical standards. Base on analyzing the status of technical standards competition and technological standards, the article tries to put forward a kind of definition more comprehensively from a philosophical point. And put up the types and characters of technological standards strategy, so as to confirm a framework of strategy of technological standards of our country; The second part includes the third and forth chapters, it points out that technology standard strategies need to be researched respectively from the national level and enterprise level. And put up specific instruction to implement these strategies.The article tries to put forward some new and practical viewpoints and countermeasures in the connotation and types of technological standards strategy, especially in the whole orientation of our technological standards strategy and making strategic choices in a national and enterprise way.
