With the development of the popularization of the higher education, the services market of the higher education is opening up step by step. Because of enlarging recruitment and the rising of the private higher learning institution, the competition of services market of higher education has become increasing fierce. If the private higher learning institutions would like to survive, they would have to analyze the internal and external environment and work out of their own suitable marketing strategy.In the education field focus of the private higher education, the writer put forward the education marketing ideas and strategies, aimed at by introducing the concept and model of the education marketing and following the regularity of the higher education to do a wide range of thinking and analysis in the entire education marketing of the regularity of the private higher education, and gradually establish the regularity of the education in line with internal and the external meet the competition of the market, and in order to foster the core competitiveness of the private higher education and the demand of the society to develop in coordination.Shandong Yingcai Vocational Technology college, a private higher learning institution, which is the study object in this paper. About the marketing strategy of the private higher education, this paper does an in-depth study.First, the paper introduces the topics background, the significance, the thread, the method and the innovation. Second, the paper does a detailed introduction to the development of the marketing at home and abroad on theory and practice, at the same time introducing the marketing theory which is closely related to education marketing. Third, the paper does an analysis to the marketing environment of Shandong Yingcai Vocational Technology college, and concludes the opportunities and threats which are faced by the school. On this basis, the paper also does an analysis to the marketing strategy of Shandong Yingcai Vocational Technology college, and summarizes the achievement in the development of the school. Finally, from perspective of the innovation, the writer works out the optimized suggestion to the education marketing strategy of Shandong Yingcai Vocational Technology college.
