A Study On Capital Management In Chinese Enterprise Group

With the development of economics globalization, enterprise group has been one of the most important powers in the economic activities. It has been the hottest issue in the academic discussion about how to run enterprise group effectively and efficiently. Next the paper brings forward that the mode of enterprise group capital management contains the organizing mode and operation mode, then discusses particularly the two parts, in order to providing an effective enterprise group capital management. The study about the organizing mode of enterprise group capital management contains financial management system and organization structure, capital management operation institution setting, etc; the study about operation mode of enterprise group capital management contains capital budget management, capital safe management and the ascertain of the best holding amount, etc. In the end, the capital management mode of A Construction Investment Corporation, therefore it provides some experience for other enterprises.
