Study On Evaluation Of Enterprises' Technological Innovation Performance

Along with the enterprise's entry the knowledge-based economy ages, the global economic integration processes so fast and market competition becomes increasingly intensive. Therefore, under such condition enterprises should continuously increase their competitive ability to adapt to the environmental request. Technology-Innovation is an important means of increasing competitive ability of enterprise. How to have a comprehensive, external and impartial understanding of the performance of the enterprises, and how to getting a grip on the implementation of Technology-Innovation strategy, how to direct the enterprises to promote their technology innovation performance form different aspects? All of these problems are the missions faced by the enterprises'technology innovation performance evaluation. The goal of this paper is to solve this problem.This paper based on the theory of Technology Innovation and Performance Evaluation, then the necessity and function of the technology innovation performance put forward. The author analyzed the influence of technology innovation through external,internal factors and innovation networks of the enterprise. On the basis of the requirement of performance evaluation and principle of the performance items, the paper established the system for enterprises technology performance evaluation from two aspects: output performance and process performance, express all the result of enterprises'technology innovation by qualitative or quantitative analysis. As for the method of evaluation, the paper established evaluation-model by AHP and fuzzy comprehensive judgment model. At last the paper gave an example to prove the validity of evaluation model and the method, gave some advice to the case enterprise.
