Combined with the practice of the automobile components project, this thesis theoretically deliberates the importance of the advanced plan toward the product quality. Based on the actual situation of the company and the practice of the advanced quality plan, the author summarizes the procedure of the advanced project quality scheme which is suitable for the company. The satisfied results achieve for the review to the contract, the application of the approvement for the submitted PPAP which is required by the supplier and its synchronism technology."The quality of the products, delivery on time, reasonable price and quick responds of the service"is used as the quality policy during the quality scheme course.Quality has the important position in the project scheme.The quality stability of the mass production comes from whether the preparation is adequate or not. A detailed project quality scheme in advance could make the mass production smoothly. The founding of the crosswise functional department break the project related with the different department and establishes the harmony communication and cooperation relationship between the customers, the suppliers and the staff.This thesis has six chapters. The fist chapter is the introduction. The author proposes some questions first and determines the research methods.The technology lines are also determined and then described by the flow diagram. The second and the third chapter explaine the basic background of the company and the problems existe in the project management, and revealed the connotation of the advanced product quality plan, besides, making the comparative researching with the project management. In the fourth and the fifth chapter, the automobile products quality plan in advance is analysed and the program designing is accomplished in practice.The other core quality tools which is involved in the advanced products quality plan are also introduce. The control condition and the effections of the every period of the APQP applications are also introduce in the end. The problems in the course of the applications are also summarized and the further improvements are also expected.
