Research On Public Policy On Tianjin Innovation Industry Development

Innovation industry grows up in a background of a globalization society. It advocates innovation, personal creativity and emphasizes newly concepts, thoughts and economic practice which have great support to intelligence, knowledge, art and culture. There is a very good foundation in Tianjin for developing innovation industry and it is very meaningful to the construction of it to be the economic center of north China. While there needs support of public policy for its development in Tianjin.There are five chapters in this thesis. Chapter 1 carries on illustration on connotation, extension and main characteristics of innovation industry. In chapter 2, it carries on research on development condition of innovation industry in overseas countries such as UK, USA, Singapore and Korea as well as in domestic cities such as Beijing, Shanghai, Chongqing and Shenzhen. And it emphasizes on instruction measures carried out by the government. In Chapter 3, it makes analysis on present situation of development of innovation industry in Tianjin in terms of its basic situation and present problem. And on the other hand, it illustrates significances to develop innovation industry in Tianjin. Chapter 4 makes analysis on development potential of innovation industry in Tianjin in terms of market demand, industry basis, government control and comparative advantage of district and reaches a conclusion that there is great development potential for innovation industry in Tianjin. In Chapter 5,it brings forward suggestions on public policies on developing innovation industry in Tianjin which include guide thoughts, target, key tasks and guarantee measures in order to promote development of innovation industry.Bright points of this thesis stands in that it carries on analysis on present situation, potential and significance of development of innovation industry in Tianjin, illustrates the view that there is great potential of it and brings forward suggestions on public policies on developing innovation industry in Tianjin.
