Today's society economic development is guided with a scientific development concept .Social practice has made the subject requirement combining natural science with social science. This paper attempts to study corporation culture based on the theories of Synergetic. This research possess important theoretical innovation and practical significance.The main researches can be summed up as following aspects:1. Based on the theory of dissipative structure and Synergetics, innovatively pointing out that corporation culture systems meet the proposed formation of dissipative structure, the result of self-organizing is just corporation culture. We can study corporation culture with the theory of Synergetics.2. Combining Single-mode laser equations with corporation culture,presenting that encourage measures, attitudes to corporation culture of business leaders and supporting of employee are three indispensable factors during the process of corporation culture formation in a new view.3. Firstly, constructing mathematical model to prove the key function of encourage measures during the process of cultural change. Then sum up the opportunities of changing corporation culture by the concept of fluctuation leading to the origination system.4. Pointing out that encourage policies play important role in the corporation culture and sum up the opportunity of changing corporation culture with investigation to Corporation A.Finally, conclusions of all research efforts are summarized, and further improvements are pointed out.
