Study On Integration Of CRM System And ERP System

Enterprise Informationization is an important topic in modern enterprises. Along with the establishment of various information systems, the integrity of the systems urgently need to be solved, which means too much for the settlement of the information"black hole"problem and increasing the efficiency and impacts of information systems for the operation of corporation. Among these different kinds of integrations, the integration of CRM and ERP systems is the most important one.This article arises from the managerial methods of CRM and ERP, pointing out that customers having became the most important resource for a corporation, which must be included when the resource be integral programmed; then the reasons of integrity of CRM and ERP are posted. Meanwhile, according to the methods of"using universal module for integration"and"dividing modules by enterprise business process", the general model of integral system of CRM and ERP is set forth with detailed analysis. It is emphasized that a business process cycle should be formed from marketing to sales, to production, and then to services. And it stressed that only the links of mutual support, closely together to achieve the effective integration.Then the different levels of integrity of CRM and ERP system are analyzed. Among which, the information integrity is the basis, the point is the establishment of new data warehouse based on the former database, through extract, transform, load of the effective data, to generate supports for operation and strategy. Flow integrity is the key point, through flow management, linking the separate functions of CRM and ERP, in that way, to increase the efficiency and reaction speed. Interface integrity is also one important part, through homepage establishment, the information entry is uniformed and the efficiency is increased.Web service technology is good new method of integrity for corporation, because of the simplicity of protocol and compatibility of platforms, therefore it's suitable for integrity of CRM and ERP. This article minutely introduces the technical standards and structure systems of Web service technology, and do some research in the application of integrity of system of CRM and ERP. Finally, the disadvantages are summarized and development is discussed.
