| In this thesis, I choose new regionalism as the theory frame to analyze the East Asian economic cooperation and discuss the China's East Asian regionalist stratagem. Since the1990s the vigorous development of new regionalism has been an important feature in East Asia. The rise of new regionalism emerged in East Asia provides a finer way, development and enriched the regional economic cooperation, and promote the process of the East Asian economic cooperation. The East Asian economic cooperation has also provided powerful driving for the new regionalism. Benign interaction between the two's, will largely mold the future of the East Asian economic cooperation. Under the new regionalism, the four kinds of structure which belong to East Asian economy cooperation established and developing, they have the possibility to become the embryonic form that the East Asian economy community have. Under the new regionalism frame, after analysis these three development approach of The East Asian economy cooperation, it is most feasibility that China, Japan and South Korea develop the free-trade area separately with the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, treats three composes to the East Asian free-trade area, when the conditions are ripe. Under the new regionalism, because of the East Asia system's flaw East Asian economy cooperation faced with many problems, this article use the international relations theory to the new regionalism's analysis frame, separately from the right and the benefit, the system, the standard and approved these three angles of view to analysis restriction factor which the East Asian economic cooperation have. The last, I have discussed China's East Asian regionalist strategy, thought that participates positively to the East Asian economic cooperation is an important contents. of China's East Asian regionalist strategy. I also suggest that China should continue keep the self-localization which maintains the positive and active participants rather than leading, when China participates to the East Asian economic cooperation. |
