The success spatial location decision will enable the enterprise to have the good space development opportunity. But is defeated the spatial location may cause the enterprise faced with the bankrupt crisis. Therefore, the research of the relationship between enterprise growth and enterprise spatial location has the great theoretical and practical significance.This paper mainly uses standardized research and empirical study. First, the use of standard research methods to conduct the existing study, read a lot of relative literature, including the neoclassic location theory, the enterprise behavior theory, the migration competitive advantage theory, the enterprise grows the machine-made theory and so on a series of theories. On the foundation of studies these original theories, proposes the main idea of this paper. Second, according to the different objectives of the enterprise growth, analyzed the factors which influence enterprise spatial location. Third, the detailed analysis of enterprises space request in various stages of enterprises growth. Thus summed up this paper points, and study a typical company case to prove that the former analysis is correct.Speaking of the article structure, this article first introduces the article research's theory and the realistic background, and carries on the synthesis narration to the domestic and foreign research present situation, bases on this, has been clear about the enterprise spatial location concept, the article research technique, the technical route.In chapter one, this paper carry on the theory backward to the enterprise spatial location and the enterprise growth, clear mainly use the enterprise growth mechanism theory, the enterprise migration theory as well as the location theory to conduct the research.
