Research On The Factors Influencing The Location Choice Of Fashion Enterprises Under The Background Of Yangtze River Delta Integration

Abstract/Summary:
In the context of the policy of integration of the Yangtze River Delta,the choice of location layout of fashion enterprises has become an important force in optimizing the industrial structure and stimulating the development of the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone economy,to promote the coordinated development of Fashion Enterprises is an effective way to improve the economic layout and foster new economic momentum in the post-epidemic era.Therefore,the study of location factors on the impact of different types of fashion enterprise location is of great significance.Based on the number of existing fashion industry enterprises from 1949 to 2019,this paper firstly explores the spatial distribution and evolution of fashion enterprises.Geographical concentration factor and standard deviation ellipse method were used to analyze the geographical distribution of fashion enterprises.The spatial distribution of enterprises in the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone fashion industry was relatively concentrated,fashion Enterprises are gathering in the northwest-southeast direction and spreading in the Nantong-suzhou-hangzhou area.By calculating the nearest neighbor index and the kernel density method,it is found that the Yangtze River Delta Economic Zone Fashion Enterprises cluster obviously and the degree of clustering is increasing,and the polarization effect of fashion service enterprises is obvious,the multi-center hierarchical density structure is formed,and the spatial distribution of fashion manufacturing enterprises is scattered.The result of Ripley’s L(D)function analysis shows that the clustering degree of leading fashion enterprises in Jiangsu,Anhui and Zhejiang provinces is obvious in certain regional scope.Subsequently,this paper based on the Yangtze River Delta Fashion Industry from 2003 to 2019,the number of enterprises,registered capital and Regional macro-data,the least squares,negative binomial panel data models and geographically weighted regression models were used to further explore the impact of different location factors on the number of fashion enterprises and capital distribution.Firstly,among the influential factors of location choice,government expenditure and transportation infrastructure are attractive,and fashion service enterprises are inclined to open to the outside world and have developed service industry,cities with high levels of innovation and entrepreneurship and dense population tend to produce agglomeration effects,and fashion manufacturers prefer cities with high level of market competition,strong environmental tolerance and developed transportation infrastructure,it is easy to create oligopoly competition.Second,government expenditure,education,import and export,leading enterprises,market concentration,industrial structure and other factors have significant impact on the capital distribution of fashion enterprises.Third,the influence of the existing fashion enterprises’ spatial distribution and development factors is obvious,and the influence of government financial expenditure on the location choice of fashion enterprises shifts among the southwest regions,the dominant cities are concentrated in Nantong,Suzhou,Shanghai and Yancheng.The actual level of foreign investment and fixed asset investment from west to east in 2019 has gradually increased its influence on the number and distribution of existing fashion enterprises,with the Yangzhou and Zhenjiang regions being more sensitive.Fashion Service Enterprises and Fashion System Enterprises maintain a high degree of consistency,but there is a significant difference in the impact.The influence of CR4 on the number of existing fashion manufacturing enterprises increased significantly from west to east,with Anhui province as the main leading region.Based on four kinds of location factors: government behavior,market situation,urban environment and regional economy,this paper studies the influence of different guiding factors on the layout of fashion enterprises,we should improve the efficiency of fiscal expenditure,build a healthy development market and improve the ability of urban environmental governance.Through the effective stimulation of spatial location factors,urban progress,industrial organization optimization and regional coordinated development are promoted.By studying the guiding factors of the location choice of fashion enterprises,this paper provides theoretical reference for the location choice of Fashion Service Enterprises and Fashion Manufacturing Enterprises,and expands the location choice theory of fashion enterprises,it has good theoretical and practical value.
