Identification And Analysis Of Industrial Horizontal Spatial Cluster

The main purpose of this study is to propose the identification model and analysis structure of industrial horizontal spatial cluster.Industrial spatial cluster is the spatial organization form composed of "dimension of production relation" and "dimension of spatial relation ".The former emphasizes the relationship between industrial horizontal and vertical production in spatial cluster,the latter includes the spatial concentration and spatial agglomeration of industry.According to the above,this paper uses the number of enterprises and employment figures of 29 manufacturing industries in 21 prefecture-level cities in Guangdong Province,analyzes the manufacturing industry based on the horizontal production relations,whether there is a cluster phenomenon in the spatial unit and what kind of cluster type in the spatial unit,which is to identify the spatial pattern of industrial horizontal clusters,and the effect of horizontal spatial concentration within spatial unit is analyzed by the Spatial Gini Index(SGI index),and the effect of horizontal spatial agglomeration within spatial unit is analyzed by the MI index(Moran'I index),in order to jointly identify industrial horizontal spatial cluster.At the same time,combined with the spatial pattern recognition results of industry horizontal spatial cluster,to analysis the unequal distribution of manufacturing industry in different spatial units based on horizontal production relationship,in order to solve the proximity problem between spatial units,using LQ index(location quotient index)to reflect the importance of industries in the spatial unit,and the G index reflects the importance of spatial proximity to spatial units,to jointly identify and analyze location patterns of industrial horizontal spatial cluster,and classification and identification of the location structure.The results show that:(1)For the degree of industrial horizontal spatial concentration and agglomeration of the manufacturing in Guangdong province,the value of 2009 is significantly larger than that of the year of 2014,and the concentration and agglomeration degree of employment is higher than that of enterprises in the same year;(2)There is a complementary relationship between SGI index and MI index in identifying industrial horizontal spatial clusters;(3)When the location has the industrial horizontal spatial cluster effect,the rate of change is low,and the proportion of the location to the non cluster effective location is lower,but the location of non cluster effect is more easily maintained in the same type of location;(4)Belong to the manufacturing industry of the location structure 1 and location structure 2 are mostly concentrated in a specific single point location,and the location of a single point have two or more;the manufacturing industry of the location structure 3 and location structure 4 are focusing on a single specific single point location,and the location of the core location type(L-1~L-4)has an adjacent trend.This study makes the following recommendations:(1)To support the construction of various types of industrial parks,and promote the development of Industrial Park in the type of industrial horizontal spatial cluster;(2)Depth analysis the change law of industrial horizontal spatial concentration and agglomeration,targeted training and development of related industries;(3)By means of identifying and analyzing the industrial horizontal spatial clusters,assist in the constitute of regional economic development policy based on industrial spatial cluster;(4)Apply the identification and analysis of location type and location structure of industrial horizontal spatial cluster,and combined with the classification of industrial horizontal spatial cluster,focus on the development of high core and high cluster location structure industry.
