The Research Of Formation Mechanism On Industrial Division And Cooperation Of Shandong Peninsular Agglomeration And Regulation

Regional economic integration is a main trend in the economic development because of economic globalization. Industial division and cooperation are the essential requirement of the regional economic harmonious development. The big economic size, the vicinal location and the industial complement are the base requirement of industial division and cooperation of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration. Therefore, a serise of theories, methods and policies are needed to guide the industrial development and division and cooperation of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration to promote it economic harmonized development.The thesis is based on the industrial division and cooperation of the Regional Economics and on the economic relationshipment and the economic development reality of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration; the combined approach between theoretical analysis and practical studies are applied; the trend of evolutive structure of industial division and cooperation is grasped in mind; the formation mechanism of industial division and cooperation is examined in depth; the experience and deficiency of industial division and cooperation are sumed up; the idiographic measures of optimization of industial division and cooperation are offered; the thesis is proposed to promote the economic development of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration and reduce the gap with the mature urban agglomeration-Yangze River Delta and Pear River Delta urban agglomeration. The whole thesis is divided into three parts-introduction,body and conclusion.In the introduction part, the background of thesis is studied, the relative demetic and abroad papers are summarized and the innovation and the relevant approches are pointed out.There are four chapters in main body. In chapter two , external basics ,include natural and historical basics and dynamic basics and the theories of regional industial division and cooperation are discussed. In chapter three, the evolutive track of industial division and cooperation of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration is discussed and the actuality is empircial studied. In chapter four,the mechanism of industial division and cooperation of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration includes natural resourses and environmental mechanism,marketable mechanism, industial centralized and diffused mechanism and govenmental adjusted and manipulative mechanism are described.In chapter five,problems of industial division and cooperation are analysized and mesures are offered . In the concluding part, related contents are generalized and the shortcomings of the study are recognized from the actual condition, and the related problems are forecasted.According to the study, the industial division and cooperation of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration has developed,eight cities has preponderant industries respectivly.But the developmental level is not high,and some problems,include low-lying industial structure,weakly function of center city,similar industial structure, are existed,some measures,include industrial cluster strategy,strenthening the function of center city,the transition of governmental function and improvement of market machanism and so on should be imlemented to heighten the level of industial division and cooperation of Shandong Peninsular agglomeration to promote economic harmonized development.
