The Reginal Logistics System Based On The New-Concept Manufacturing Industry

With the transferring and assembling of the industry at the background of the economic globalization, the region economy has already become the trend of the development of economics. And the modern service industry, which is closely related with the region economy, also, becomes the topic. The logistics industry, as the important part of the modern service industry, takes part in the propping-up of the region economy. Therefore, how to build up the logistics system suitable for the district of the economic development, on basis of the internal, leading industry, is the important factor of the fast development of the district economics and upgrading of industry. And on the sea district in China, the economy development presents 2-3-1 structure, under circumstances that the manufacturing industry becomes the predominant power of economic development, to build up the regional logistics system based on the New-concept Manufacturing Industry is becoming the inevitable choice. This is the core question in this thesis, which will be researched and discussed. The thesis, with system theory etc. for guide thought, adopted the synthetic research method, which integrated theoretic research and demonstration research, and paid attention to logic deduction and case analysis.First, in flow of the analysis of the content and characteristics of the regional logistics system and the New-concept Manufacturing Industry, we elaborate the science content of the regional logistics system based on the New-concept Manufacturing Industry.Then, on basis of the characteristics of the new Regional logistics system from the change of behavior of the manufacture enterprises, we analyze the principal parts of the regional logistics system based on the New-concept Manufacturing Industry. Also, in accorded with the operation mechanisms of the traditional regional logistics system, we puts forward establishing operation mechanisms of the regional logistics system based on the New-concept Manufacturing Industry.Again, we put forward the suggestion on the development of the regional logistics system based on the New-concept Manufacturing Industry.Finally, on basis of the necessity and inevitability analysis of the Nanjing metropolitan logistics system based on the New-concept Manufacturing Industry, we carry on the substantial evidence research, from four aspects,'science layout','policy leading','business enterprise grow','the network guarantee'.
