With the development of information technology, the industrial convergence extends a larger scope. Industrial convergence of telecommunication, broadcast & television, and publishing industries extends in different industries, different ways in same industry, different organizations in same way. In the trend of convergence, retailing breaks through the limit of fixed boundary and expands other industries. In the process of information, retailing converges the traditional primary, the second industry and the tertiary industry. Meanwhile, different ways also appear convergence phenomenon in the retailing. By convergence and pervasion, a new kind of convergence retail organization is coming into being. With the development and extensive application of information technology, the new convergence retail organization constantly innovates and appears the diversiform tendency by the process of retail knowledge socialization, externalization, combination and internalization. In future, convergence retail organization will be a new development trend, for instance, supermarket of farm product, professional chain retail organization, E-commence, shopping-mall and so on.The whole thesis is divided into six parts.As the introduction, part one introduces the background, intent and meaning of choose the topic. Meanwhile, the part comments the documents in the field, and analyses method of research, possible difficulty and innovation.Part two discusses impact of industry convergence to traditional industry and enterprise. At the base of theory analysis, The part expounds how industry convergence breaks through fixed boundary, forms a new industry mode, and brings organization structure, operation way, market behave of enterprise great changes.Part three analyses retail organization evolvement in the circumstance of industry convergence. The part begins with the development of traditional retail organization, and discusses the characteristic of it. Then analyses mechanism, cause, type and mode of the new retail organization evolvement in the background of convergence, educes that the new development will be one important part of retailing revolution.In part four, the author discusses retail organization innovation in the circumstance of industry convergence. The part summarizes the innovation theory, conclude the convergence innovation of retail organization is radical innovation process by the effect of manifold retail knowledge. Moreover, the author analyses spiry innovation process of retail organization by Nonaka's knowledge transform model.Part five discusses the innovation trend of retail organization in modern times. In the part, the author brings forward several kinds of new mode of retail organization, for instance, shopping mall, farming product supermarket, specialization chain retail organization, network retail organization and so on.Part six puts forward five suggests of promotion retail organization convergence, such as development the new information technology, advance the status of retail industry, strengthening macro-control of government, adjusting supervision of government, promoting the cooperation of every part in providing chain.
