As China’s economic development enters a new normal,many industries are facing many problems such as overcapacity,irrational structure,low development quality,and poor efficiency.If these problems are not resolved,China’s economic development may fall into the "middle income trap." Theory and practice have proved that technological innovation is the key to solving these problems.In the report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that "innovation is the first driving force to lead development" and must "take the supply side reform as the main line to promote the quality change,efficiency change and dynamic change of economic development".At present,China is vigorously promoting supply-side reforms.At the industrial level,it means to improve the industrial organization,optimize the allocation of industrial factors,promote the development of industrial technology innovation,and improve industrial competitiveness.At present,the technological innovation level of most industries in China is still relatively low,and the problem is often not the lack of industrial technological innovation capabilities,but the lack of motivation.In this context,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the dynamic mechanism of industrial technology innovation from the perspective of industrial organization.The main goal of this paper is to study the role of industrial organization factors in the generation,synergy,and evolution of industrial technological innovation motivation.At the same time,the direction of industrial organization reform that promotes the improvement of industrial technological innovation motivation is given.Mainly include the following:First,according to the relevant literature,the industrial technology innovation dynamic system and mechanism are defined,the relevant theories of industrial organization are introduced,and the research framework of industrial technology innovation dynamic mechanism based on industrial organization is determined.Secondly,according to relevant literature,the constituent elements of industrial technological innovation motivation are determined,and the objective combination evaluation method based on Gini criteria is used to evaluate the technological innovation motivation of manufacturing industry.At the same time,the factors of industrial organization were measured according to relevant documents,and the BP-DEMATEL method was used to identify and analyze the factors of industrial organization.Third,according to the composition of industrial technology innovation motivation,it is divided into technology driving force subsystem,market pulling force subsystem,and government support force subsystem.The generation process of the three subsystems is analyzed from the perspective of industrial organization.And according to the generation process,the corresponding system dynamics model and equations are established.The simulation model is used to analyze the role of industrial organization factors in the process of manufacturing technological innovation motivation generation.At the same time,the driving force of technological innovation in manufacturing industry is predicted.Fourth,the order degree of the three subsystems and the synergy degree of the industrial technology innovation dynamic system are analyzed by using the synergy degree model of the composite system.At the same time,constructed a synergy mechanism of industrial technology innovation motivation based on industrial organization,and the panel regression model is used to analyze the influence of industrial organization factors on the order degree of three subsystems and the synergy degree of industrial technology innovation dynamic system.Fifth,using the panel data evolution feature extraction method to extract the evolution characteristics of industrial technological innovation motivation and industrial organization factors,and using the Pearson correlation coefficient method to analyze the correlation between the two.At the same time,the Haken model is used to analyze the evolution of the industrial technology innovation motivation model.Constructed the evolution mechanism of industrial technology innovation motivation based on industrial organization,and use the panel regression model to analyze the influence of the change speed of industrial organization factors on the change speed of industrial technological innovation motivation.Finally,based on relevant empirical results,the direction of industrial organization reform in manufacturing is proposed.
