This paper studies the distribution of agglomeration of agricultural product processing industry in China and important factors. On one hand, why some of the processing industry concentrated in some areas, while other processing industry is more decentralized and distributed in various regions; what are the factors of decision industrial clustering or dispersed and what is the mechanism that these factors affect geographical layout of the industry. On the other hand, we study that Chinese agricultural products processing industry whether or not exists the industrial clustering phenomenon, what extent that has become more concentrated, where are they concentrate, what are the important factors that decide the industrial clustering of China's agricultural product processing industry .First of all, the paper Systematically review and analysis the theory and the evolution of industrial clustering .Then we can summarize the deciding factors and mechanism of industrial clustering . And, using 1994 to 2006 data to study China's agricultural industry concentration level and distribution of the status. The Study find that China's agricultural industry has a significant concentration of the phenomenon, some industries have a higher concentration level, the degree of concentration is constantly increasing ,the industry has become more geographically concentrated, the industry in the region is gathering towards the eastern coastal areas . Further, analysis of empirical measurement Confirmed that the economies of scale, foreign direct investment, urbanization and the impact of transaction costs affects the formation and the development of industrial clustering in China.
