Study On The Development Of Agricultural Product Processing Industry In Chifeng,Inner Mongolia

The report to the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward for the first time the strategic plan for the implementation of rural revitalization.Industrial revitalization is the primary task of rural revitalization and the premise of solving the problems of agriculture,rural farmers.The processing industry of agricultural and livestock products is a pillar industry that relies on agriculture and animal husbandry,connects urban and rural areas,connects industry and farmers,drives farmers and herdsmen,and serves cities and rural areas.The "No.1 Document" of the central government has repeatedly emphasized that "vigorously develop the processing industry of agricultural products".Rich in agricultural and animal husbandry resources,Chifeng is an important national commodity grain base and a production base of green agricultural and animal husbandry products in the autonomous region.The comprehensive production capacity of agriculture and animal husbandry has been in the forefront of the autonomous region for many consecutive years.The development of agricultural and liveock product processing industry in Chifeng has higher advantages and important practical significance.the development of agricultural processing industry can be measured by the efficiency of agricultural processing industry as a digital way.This paper measures and analyzes the efficiency of the agricultural and livestock product processing industry in Chifeng City and studies its influencing factors,and then analyzes the development status and existing problems of the agricultural and livestock product processing industry in Chifeng City,which can provide targeted countermeasures and suggestions for the government departments to promote the development of the agricultural and livestock product processing industry.Based on the theory of unbalanced growth,the theory of development pole,the theory of leading industries with priority development and the theory of comparative advantage,this paper analyzes the current situation of the agricultural and livestock product processing industry in Chifeng City.Taking the whole agricultural and livestock product processing industry and 12 sub-industries samples,this paper chose data from 2010 to2020 and uses data envelopment analysis(DEA)technology.Malmquist productivity index was used to measure the efficiency of agricultural and livestock products processing industry in Chifeng City.On the basis of efficiency measurement,through theoretical analysis and the establishment of panel data model,the influencing factors of TFP efficiency of agricultural and livestock product processing industry in Chifeng were studied and tested.The results include:(1)From 2010 to 2020,the overall pure technical efficiency of the agricultural and livestock product processing industry in Chifeng is basically close to saturation,and the technical efficiency of the garment,leather and wood processing industry needs to be improved;There is room for improvement in scale efficiency,especially in the textile and leather industries.From 2010 to 2020,the average annual TFP of the six agricultural and livestock product processing sub-industries of agricultural and sideline,food,beverage,clothing,wood and paper in Chifeng City increased cumulatively,and the increase of TFP was brought by the growth of technical efficiency and technological progress.The average annual total factor growth rate of the textile and leather industries has declined,and there is still room for improvement in production scale,technological updating and dissemination,and enterprise management.It needs to be further improved.And in this industry,We need to focus on strengthening the operating efficiency of the textile industry and leather industry.(2)Enterprise scale,and enterprise profitability have significant influence on the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural and livestock product processing industry in Chifeng City.Enterprise scale and profitability can promote the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural and livestock products processing industry in Chifeng city,while human capital has a negative relationship with the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural and livestock products processing industry in Chifeng City.The profitability of enterprises has the greatest influence on the comprehensive efficiency of the processing industry of agricultural and livestock products in Chifeng City.When the profitability of enterprises increases by 1%,the comprehensive efficiency of the processing industry of agricultural and livestock products is expected to increase by 0.969%.The influence degree of enterprise size on the comprehensive efficiency of agricultural and livestock product processing industry is 0.302.Therefore,this paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions,such as reasonably expanding the industrial scale,accelerating the cultivation of large leading enterprises,strengthening scientific and technological innovation,and expanding the vertical and horizontal chain of agricultural and livestock product processing industry,building a high-quality raw material base.
