The Research On The Influence Factors Of The Growth Potential Of The Listed Companies

The Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Board was set up on May 17th in 2004 in SZSE. Its establishment has provided a financing channel for the small and medium enterprises in China. In the recent 3 years, the listed companies in the SME board have attracted many investors for its good growth. This paper introduces the characteristics of the SME board firstly. Then,discusses the definition of the growth of listed company, and make a detailed analysis of the factors that may influence the growth. In the next, we carry on the Factor analysis and the Regression analysis with the data in the year 2004 to establish a multi-dimensional linear regression model, then use the data in 2005 to test it and reach a conclusion ,that is, the growth of the small and medium enterprises in our country is driven mainly by the assets operating efficiency ,especially by the Fixed assets ratio,Total assets turnover ratio and R&D investment turnover ratio.
