Risk Management Research Of HUADIAN Finance Company

Under market economic conditions,any industry or enterprise will encounter a variety of risks. As "risk machinery",financial institutions through the provision of financial services,take all kinds of risks to obtain returns. For the more business risks comparing with other industries,risk management is particularly important. Huadian financial company as a non-bank financial institution is not an exception. This paper studies Huadian financial company's risk management system with a combination of literature review,qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis. It firstly analyzes the background and significance of the paper,and the necessity of risk existence in Huadian financial company, then demonstrates theories on financial risks and risk management. Secondly,analyzes the form and mechanism of risk existence in Huadian financial company. Thirdly,suggests solutions for all the risks based on careful analysis of risks that the Huadian financial company may face.
