Study On Development Of Wind Power Project In Zhejiang

Zhejiang is an economically developed coastline province with lack of normal energy resource but rich in water and wind energy. Because of high population, less land available and special meteorological situation and landscape characteristics, construction cost of wind power project is higher compared with wind power in other area. Considering the operation risk and economic uncertainty, wind power development arrived at the cross road.This paper concentrated on reasons of slow development of wind power in Zhejiang during last few year, study fesibility of wind power project in Zhejiang. Analysing market environment, competion structure, technical economical aspect, environmental protection value of wind power project by using Michael Porter theory, power price model, sensibility analysis, environmental value model and game theory. Helping investor master feasibility analysis of wind project and make correct invest decision by uneviling environmental value and development prospect of wind power project in Zhejiang. Promote wind power development in Zhejiang province.
