Study On Project Entity Management Of China Guodian Taizhou 2×1000MW Electric Power Project

After electric power industry institutional reform in China,facing the strong electric power demands and fierce market competition, all electric power companies are full of enthusiasm for investment in electric power project. Electric power group companies all take it as their strategic thought and development orientations, to increase investment to satisfy electric demands, race to control area electric power market, strengthen market dominant right. They are questions which all electric power companies should be considered, how to set up and amplify the organization system in project management, consummate management rules, look for effective management ways, standardize management structures, enforce inner management, realize"four control"actually, lower down construction cost extremely based on high quality and efficiency, participate in market competition with competitive capital.In this paper, the author took China Guodian Taizhou engineering project as an example, went deeply into the study and analysis of the 1000MW power project construction management under modern enterprise mechanism after electric power industry institutional reform, in order to find out a simple and high-efficiency operation model, a complete regulatory regime, and an effective measure for electric power engineering management.
