Study On Materials Management Of Subgrade Construction In Railway Engineering

In subgrade construction of railway engineering, the total cost of construction materials costs of more than 60%.As the direct management agencies, project group should strengthen the scientific management of the materials. Currently, the forefront of the construction materials management lacks a comprehensive study. Through the investigation of an engineering example, this paper makes a useful attempt to study.First, this paper analyzes the organizational structure relate to materials management and the materials management process, pointing out that construction materials logistics management features and the focus of the work.Secondly, this paper uses the qualitative and quantitative methods of analysis and gives evidences on the order strategies and supply management of materials management. In order management, this paper makes a reasonable classification of the construction materials for the first time, and applies different scientific order models. In the materials supply management, this paper creatively applies the nonlinear programming method to optimize the supply of materials. The actual operating results show that this method can reduce the materials costs in the construction process.Finally, this paper give some ameliorative advices to the materials management of project group, in order to ensure the scientific methods can be putted in practice successfully in the management process.
