| The mobile communication market has experienced a flourish growth since mobile network system was introduced into china at the beginning of 90s. The traditional voice business of fixed netwrok operator suffered a serious income and profit decline due to the speedy expansion of the GSM mobile network, whose subscriber amount and income increased very fast. The 3rd generation mobile network based on CDMA technology, which excels in high frequency efficiency, variable bit rate, and 2M high-speed information transmiting, is able to provide better service and will be the trend of network development for full-service operator.This thesis emphasizes three aspects of content, including firstly the total flow designing of planning, secondly the link budgeting and the parameters decision, and thirdly the site surveying according to the result of pre-planning. Based on this thesis, the expected radio network construction scheme by the process of "pre-planning - site survey -optimization according to the imitate. The content of this Radio Network Planning includes total planning flow designing, planning data collecting, radio network construction target setting, network construction principle and covering strategy analyzing, radio network pre-planing, site selecting and surveying, cell parameter configuration adjusting, system imitating and the finally radio network construction scheme concluding.In this radio network planning, I am striving for the integerity of planning flow and content. A part of WCDMA trial network data are used in the phase of planning data collecting and cell parameter configuration adjusting. The third-party planning software is used in the phase of pre-planing and system imitating. |
