Research And Practice Of Project Cost Management In Mobile Data Operation

Cost management is the constant topic of Enterprise Management. The development of Enterprise Management boosts the theory development of cost management. Since 1930's, more and more new concepts and methods of cost management have come up, along with adaptation of new management approaches. Especially, modern Enterprise Management focuses on project management style. Cost management based on projects becomes the most interested topic in economic area.Since Cost Management Mode of project is closely associated to company operation Mode and Industry characteristics, this paper developed a general cost management model, through analyzing the cost problems in mobile data service field, and considering the characteristics and related factors of mobile data business projects, and selecting cost management technology and methods suitable to mobile data operation. Based on the proposed general model, this paper discussed the core concepts of cost management mode. Finally, this paper applied some practical examples to illustrate how to apply proposed model into company project cost management for improving operation efficiency and maximizing profit.This paper provides methodology and reference for service companies in mobile data operation filed.
