Postal System Reform Under The Business Innovation

This thesis reviewed the process of China Post's development and reform , focused on the necessity and significance of China's postal system reform in recent years, based on the author's long-term interest in China's postal industry development and change.The author pay close attention to the business innovation after China's postal reforming and put forward innovation is the inexhaustible driving force of the China Post. The author also analyse the relations of technological innovation, business innovation, management innovation and mechanism innovation. The author figure out that the business innovation is the core issues of new stage's Post development. The author believes that the foundation and the objective conditions of China Post commercial operation have already exist, at the same time China Post information for the construction of the postal service innovation provide a solid foundation. In the future China Post should be catching the opportunity to make innovations in business work.
