Today, China has a comprehensive reform of the Post and entered a critical stage. Post business has been divided into three large pieces: the Post traditional business, courier logistics business, and financial operations. China Post is a comprehensive reform of full market access for the state to prepare for competition. In the fierce market competition, the enterprises should be in an invincible position, we must rely on its core competitive business. Postal mail service is the basis of business, signs of business, and the per capita volume of letters, a measure of a country's postal an important indicator of the level of development, and evaluation of the information society is the key indicators.This paper summarizes the Xi'an Postal database mail development status, characteristics and challenges, from the products, prices, channels, marketing four of Xi'an commercial communications company and its shortcomings.At the same time also studied a database of commercial communications market status,competition and development trend of the situation and SWOT analysis method to study in-depth analysis of commercial letters of Xian Post's competitive posture. On the basis of this letter of Xian Post commercial database companies conduct business communications market segmentation, select the target market, and make its market analysis and market positioning, develop products, prices, channels, marketing and other related strategies, marketing concludes implementation of the proposed strategy.This paper attempts to study marketing and management through the basic knowledge and the application of theories related to commercial letters of Xi'an Post commercial database companies to study business letter to the actual work and theoretical knowledge of a combination of the Xi'an Post database of commercial communications business analysis, research, in the hope that the postal service can play a positive reference.
