Finally, the thesis gets the cost fuction of digital music and obtaines the value of one piece of music. Considering the technology innovation and the cost decreasing, the thesis also does sensitivity analysis on the cost of digital music.According to the simulation of the cost of the audition and downloading one piece of music, the result is 0.032 and 0.325 yuan. The conclusion is as follows: In accordance with occupation IP network resources estimates, digital music network transmission costs are very low, but, in view of the music business related to the production, packaging, marketing and other promotional costs, costs are increased. Audition music is an effective way to publicize the singer and recording, and through advertising the cost of copyright fees can be ignored for cross-subsidies, so in this thesis the cost of audition music doesn't include the copyright fees. However downloading music is definitely considering the copyright problem. So Audition music cost is far higher than that the cost of a downloaded song.
