Design And Implementation Of Automatic Dialing And Billing Check System For Sichuan Mobile

The BOSS system of Sichuan mobile, which embraces customer service, business management, billing, balancing, account keeping, plays an important role in the entire telecommunication services.There are several factors directly affecting the income and business of telecom corporations. They are support of customer service and business management, accuracy of billing and balancing, efficiency of processing accounts and the customerized degree of service. These factors also affect the service quality and competitiveness. With the rapid expansion of the mobile phone network and massive increase of customers, the service management and customers are putting forward higher requirement for the accuracy of charging. On the one hand, there are variable factors in the operation of mobile phone network (such as updates of software, new services, new functions, expand of network capacity, big adjustments of network architecture, office data change and etc.).Besides, there are other factors, such as increases and verifications of the correlated telephone network, updates of software and hardware, adjustments of fees, discounts on special holidays or festivals, periodical test of billing and so on. These often lead to losses of call recoder list or charging faults, which are causes of customers' reasonable complaints. On the other hand, the accuracy of mobie billing is the basis for corporations to compete in the fierce competitive market and to build up their appearance.Now the situation is that the dialing and billing check is comleted manually, which aroses many problems such as the heavy manual work, not veracious timing, insufficient test and so on. It does not meet the needs of the service test and management any more.The automatic dialing and billing check system is designed in this paper. It can automatically perform dialing test and summarize, compare the charging result with that of production system, and build spreadsheet based on the compare.
