Based on the analysis of prominent research institutes such as IDC, Gartner, China IT industry has entered "The Service Time" through development in IT infrastructure of more than a decade. The business of IT consultant, outsourcing, the hardware and software application integration, products' maintenance and IT training will all have the high speed growth in the coming years.XX is the No. 1 IT products distributor and IT services provider in China market. From the beginning of the separated from the XXX Holdings, IT Services is the vision all along. During the company transformation to IT services, we had the increasing growth and important marketing leadership in the core applications and solutions markets specially in financial industry, public (government) industry, telecom industry and manufacturing industry. However, the IT services business can't bring enough profit to support its development; the management system can't adapt the business development as well. We have to once again and carefully study our IT service strategy reflect on these problems i.e. shall we insist on the transformation to the IT services? How to insist on it?For an external perspective, this article focused on the opportunities through the analysis and research of China IT service market, found the capabilities and resources through the SWOT analysis and research of XX IT service business, then locked the business strategy and action plan which integrated by the opportunities, capabilities and resources.The conclusion is: the opportunities of China IT services market is huge enough to support the company's development in the future, being one of Microsoft global strategic partners, XX has had sufficient and relevant capabilities and resources to develop IT services, low profitable and management relative issues can be solved through our effort. The strategy of IT service is worth insisting on and we should become a total solution provider.
