The development of mobile communications technology has enormously changed the way of production and People's life. With the growth of China's economy and the increasing demand of mobile terminal products (mobile handsets), China become the largest potential mobile markets in the world, which attracted numerous mobile Manufactures. There are so many mobile manufactures in the markets that the competition becomes fiercely. Therefore the products become similarly. Included Lenovo Mobile Co. Limited more and more manufactures' market share in China dropped. Now it plays a primary role in maintaining and increasing entrepreneur's core competitiveness that how to enhance the level of channel management.The first part of the thesis describes the background of mobile communication market in China. After introducing the basic condition, it analyzes the macro and micro-environments by using Michael Porter's Five Forces Model and the situation of channel management, and then summarizes key problems in channel management. It proposes improvement tactics and some practices to current channel management by application theory and thoughts of management science and system engineering at next part and it also reminds us some questions when we practiced the tactics. The conclusions of the article are: channel management is very important to a corporation and we must pay more attention to it; there are many problems in channel management of Lenovo Mobile Co. Ltd and we should improve current tactics based on the environment and corporation strategy.The dissertation can guide the development of channel management in Lenovo Mobile Co. Ltd and also can use it for references to other corporations.
