With the rapid development of market economy, the fast moving consumer goods industry competition intensified, in order to maintain the vitality of the market, and expand market share, enhance brand image and promote sales growth, the research and development of new products ready and it is imperative.This article bases on two major studies about the new product development positioning and promotion of dairy, it uses all kinds of market research tools such as: qualitative research (depth interviews) and quantitative research (street interviews )to list the market operating feasibility of new products development, marketing model uses: Michael. Porter analysis of the competitiveness of the industry, SWOT analysis, 4 P, 4C, and other related theories, from different angles positioning the product, for example:the selling point products, prices, channels, promotions, in order to formulate effective strategies to promote development of the new products.
