Research On 43^rd Research Institute A-Project Management

Enterprise is asked for higher target with high speed development of market economy, and enterprise must abide by contract in time. Market requirement direct ordnance factory in the period of system changed, rapidly stepping up control capability with the method of project management, and rapidly realizing continuous development of enterprise.This paper analyze the problem of project management of Xi'an aerospace composite research institute(43^rd Research Institute) with literature research, and analyze A-project schedule management situation with contrast method and theory contacted with fact method. Dynamic control measure with quantitative analysis method is brought forward.Firstly, this paper discusses correlation theory and method of project management, carries on the overview research to the theories of management and Schedule Network Technology. Secondly, the research object is the A-project of 43^rd Research Institute that is defined applied scope. The project can be breakdown step by step with WBS, and give a breakdown task list. Thirdly, we estimate time, cost and resource by expert judgment and historical date, draw a PERT Network, determine the critical path, cost and time of project. Fourthly, the problem of 43^rd Research Institute A-project will be solved by organizational framework, human resource, communication and quality management. Finally, the paper gives dynamic control method of the current A-project of 43^rd Research Institute with earned-value method.Thinking mode of 43^rd Research Institute is changed, substituting quantitative method for experimental decision-making. Therefore, competition capability and economic benefit of enterprise are improved.
