| This essay studies in two interrelated angles of Integrity's Foundation Theory and Integrity's Realization Theory, and from these angles, we investigate two problems: Firstly, we analyze the history of developing and inner relations of Pre-Qin Confucian'Integrity and by this analysis ,we conclude that the thought and idea of Pre-Qin Confucian'Integrity also have the theoretical values and practical meanings. Secondly, we start by analyzing the background of modern commercial bank, the special enterprise in this modern market economy, and find that integrity has overwhelming effect and status on the modern commercial bank, and that managing integrity is the core of managing modern commercial bank. However, modern commercial bank has very poor atmosphere of integrity, so it is urgent to reinforce management of integrity of modern commercial bank. We put forward some advices that we should carry out humanity in the managing and developing integrity process ,and for the developing very well and perfectly ,we should extract spiritual nutrition from the Pre-Qin Confucian'Integrity, concretely, we should highlight the integrity-manager ,and we should pay more attention to supervision of the system and society ,by all of them ,we may provide stronger cultural bases for the harmony and continuous developing of the modern commercial bank.In conclusion, the Pre-Qin Confucian'Integrity may and enough give more theoretic importance and practical values. However, we should find the importance, and then, we may be truly find the useful spiritual nutrition and ways of modernization of the Pre-Qin Confucian'Integrity'. And we believe that we could not wear the wrong shoes on the way of constructing and managing the integrity of modern commercial bank and our society. |
