Study On The Integrity Management System Of Regional Enterprises

The development of market economy and the upgrading of social transaction form put forward higher requirements for social integrity environment.A better social integrity environment can improve the level of social and economic transactions and reduce transaction costs.Enterprise integrity is an important part of social integrity system.The level of enterprise integrity in a region is great significance to improve the regional investment environment,promote the regional economic development and enhance the competitiveness of regional economy.To improvement of regional enterprises’ integrity level depends on effective integrity management.It is necessary and effective method to establish regional enterprise integrity management system by synthesizing government and social forces.Through the theoretical reasoning analysis,the related theoretical problems of enterprise integrity are analyzed deeply;the connotation of integrity,enterprise integrity and regional enterprise integrity are defined and the content,structure of enterprise integrity are cleared.Guided by the theory of information economics,the formation mechanism of the integrity of regional enterprises is discussed with the help of game analysis.It is pointed out that profit maximization is the internal motive for the formation of enterprise integrity,and the existence,dissemination and authority of integrity information are the catalysts for the formation of enterprise integrity,while external supervision and punishment are the external constraints for the formation of enterprise integrity.In accordance with the credit economy theory,organization management theory and corporate social responsibility theory,the content of regional enterprise credit management is defined,and the framework of regional enterprise integrity management system consisted of the regional enterprise integrity management organization system,the regional enterprise integrity evaluation system,the regional enterprise integrity supervision system and regional enterprise integrity information management system are designed according to the content of regional enterprise integrity management as well as the establishment scheme,the function and operation mode of regional enterprise integrity management comprehensive coordination organization,supervision organization,integrity information management and evaluation organization are puts forward.Combined with relevant theory and statistical analysis method,the influencing factors of regional enterprise integrity are determined as three aspects: the factor of capacity of enterprise integrity,factor of integrity will and the factor of regional environment.Based on the results of analysis of the regional enterprise integrity factors,three regional enterprise integrity evaluation models,composite evaluation model and direct evaluation model and the model based on negative expression of integrity,are proposed in using the methods of internal reliability analysis,analytic hierarchy process,entropy weight,community detection in social network and logistic model In accordance with the combined with the multiobjective comprehensive evaluation theory.According to the content of regional enterprise integrity management,the information demand of regional enterprise integrity management are analyzed,and it is puts forward that constructing regional enterprise integrity information sharing platform is the main content and means of regional enterprise credit information management.The architecture of the regional enterprise integrity information sharing platform is designed on the principles of ease of use,extensibility and security.The platform could provide integrity data exchange and integrity information sharing service consisting of the modules of integrity information service,data sharing exchange,sharing data catalogue and sharing information database.According to the requirements of regional enterprise integrity information analysis,the application of data mining technology in the analysis of regional enterprise integrity information is studded in responding the requirements of regional enterprise integrity information analysis.The model of association rule mining on the influencing factors of regional enterprise integrity and the enterprise discredit dimension,model of regional enterprise integrity state clustering mining and regional enterprise integrity state discriminant analysis are designed and the algorithm are selected.
