With the rapid economy development in China, real estate industry has become the essential supports to the economy prosperity, and is an important industry providing basic conditions to production and to the entire social activities. However, at present, real estate development project management is not high-level in China, the enterprises' economic benefits are quite low, many real estate development projects have problems like the poor quality, delay providing properties to the clients, over-costs, the properties provided is not conformed to the samples, etc. To solve these problems, the enterprises dealing with real estate development should make great efforts on management modes.This thesis has introduced the characteristics of real estate project and of its management, study on and current application of project management, development trend and contents of project management. An example—basic status of Nanning Railway Station Square Plaza Project is also presented, key discussion is focused on real estate projects' quality, timing and costs management. In terms of quality management, the characteristics of modern project and real estate project. quality management is discussed, and how to carry out quality control and the difficulties of quality management. In respect of time management, the characteristics of progress control, timing plans, estimates and progress control means for various work process during project development is also addressed. In respect of costs management, the factors affecting costs are analyzed, real estate costs composing and the difficulties of cost management are discussed.. In the description of real estate project quality, timing and costs managements, the practical example—Nanning Railway Station Square Plaza Project is in-depth analyzed all the time, practical operation methodology for project timing, cost and quality managements are described, and various problems occurred during project management implementation. Final, based on the project management current status and analysis, the thesis also mention some issues should be given attention to in project timing, cost and quality managements, the improved management modes are also discussed and studied.
