Grain is the most important food for people. Speaking of the peasant household, it can solve the peasant household's demand of different periods. In the traditional time, the nature, society, country and market force affected the peasant household grain-selling behavior, however under the pressure of survival, the peasant household could not but sell the few surplus grains to maintain the maximum survival of the family, this time the peasant household's behavior follows the natural logic. During the Collectivization- movement time, as the national strengthens unceasingly, the peasant household actually adopts each method to carry on negative resisting and the positive revolt, in this stage, what the peasant household grain-selling behavior is to manifest the systematical logic, the concrete manifestation is the voluntary minimum. After the collectivization movement had ended, the rural economy has experienced three stages, from the state monopoly for purchase and marketing to the two-track system, and to the market-loosing, in each stage, the peasant household grain-selling behavior is different, but has manifested the identical logic, namely market logic, pursuing currency maximization. As entering into the 21st century, the connection of peasant household and the market is closer and closer, which simultaneously has also caused peasant household's differentiation, namely divides into the commercial peasant household, working peasant household and self-sufficient peasant household.
