The Management Research Of A Construction Project

With the highly development of our country's architecture industry, the construction company now is facing a life-time chance of development. However, with the trend of global economic integration and the quick step of China's market economy, especially we are under the situation that the transition period of our entry into WTO has just ended, all above determine that the competition in the construction industry will be more and more fierce, the construction companies are in common faced with very serious reality and research task, for example, whether they can improve their project management all -around and expand their market share, to assure them of a competitive ability and continuous development.Currently, there is a big problem in the construction companies that project management is still in the behindhand stage of extensive and based-on experience management pattern. This paper is based on the theory and practice experiences of the developed countries, the same time, considering the management reality of our country's project management, introducing the basis theory of construction management, proving the contend of the three goals-quality, time and cost-in the process of construction management, and at last, taking the project called Shaanxi qingda investment building of start-a-career center as an example, the author set forth how to enhance the management for the three objectives, which are quality, time and cost, basing on his own experience of working with construction projects for years. The research findings of this paper will have important realistic meanings for improving our construction management.
