A Study On The Function Of Management In The Human Beings Activities

During this change era, management appeals and needs philosophy. This thesis tries to regard Marx's philosophy viewpoint and Marx's anthropology theory as the basis so that we can understand the philosophy from the angle of the management and pondering the human nature, namely offering views to the philosophy's nature of management conception, the relationship between management action and human beings activities and what's the function of the management acting in the humanbeings'avtivities and the mean of management.This article maintains that the management acts in the humanbeings'avtivities from the angle of the philosophy dimension, which inquires into the management standard, cooperation and creative actions, management is a special method of human beings'activities.Nature can produce human beings but it cannot engender human beings'management and management conception. The components of management take on the nature of the relationship between subject and object. Management and practice are connected with each other and enhance each other to develop, which is made up of the human beings'activites.Man's life needs management. Preserving the society's order, manufacture of development and the human intercourse all need that the management conforms and cooperate to them. The reality mean of management is in the interest of man's freedom and development. The analysis of the management acting in the human beings'activeties'criterion, cooperation and creation function, which aims at understanding and grasping the function of the management acting in the humanbeings'avtivities, in order to offer a new way to understand and establish Marxism management philosophy again. At last it makes management come to be true from knowing well that to gnosis for a leap.
