As a kind of local specialty, In 2004 kiwifruit industrialization became one of the major development projects in Shaanxi. It will be important to analyze it for the adjustment of agricultural structure, development of regional agriculture and rural economy, improvement of local economy, management of agricultural enterprises and increase of peasants'income. And it will take great part in government decision-making and similar industries.This paper strives to overall analyze the development and industrial management of the Kiwifruit Industry in shaanxi province.
