The Site Location Of Logistic Selection Planning And Study

From 1950's, logistics has developed rapidly and gradually become the third benefit fountain as the development of the economic globalization. The site location of logistic is one of the key problems in the whole logistics system. In order to promote the rationalization of logistics, the site location of logistic must be selected scientifically. This paper conducts a great deal of literature study and presents a preferred DEA model based on AHP.This paper introduces the basic theories and selection rules of the site location of logistic and studies the problem of address selection which is important in distribution center. The traditional approaches bear some defects, say, most of them are qualitative and quantitative methods. This paper gives an improvement and presents a preferred DEA model based on AHP for the selection of the site location of logistic. The theories of the site location of logistic selection are introduced in the paper. The application of this model is expounded in the case of logistics site selection of a corporation. This paper illustrates the process of computation and selection of preferred DEA model based on AHP and compares preferred model with non-preferred models. It is proved that by using the preferred DEA model a company could reduce the selection range of the site location of logistic and be easy to get better result. This model can get result which conforms to the practical need of corporation according to the need of each select index and different preferment.This study is of great theoretical and practical significance, presenting decision-making approaches of the site location of logistic and building up preferred DEA model based on AHP. This model provides decision basis and method of selection for corporation and reduces the logistic cost and raises the logistic service level.
