Research Of Construction Project Quality Management Maturity Model And The Application

For the fast developing of the economic in China and the improving of the real estate in recent years, the construction enterprises as the closed relative ones also has made great progress. But as we all know, because of the characters of its own the construction industry is still on a low level compared with other industries. Especially the construction quality management, it doesn't develop as the speed of the whole society. For this reason, it is necessary to make the academia and the industry realize the importance of improving construction quality management and search for a way to solve the problems.In this paper I choose the construction quality management in construction projects as the research object; use the maturity theory and look for species maturity models which used in various industries, organizations and consultation companies. After the collection I analyze the levels, constructions, evaluation process and so on of them, assimilate the useful points which can be used in construction industry and provide Construction Project Quality Management Maturity Model (CPQMMM for short) in order to deals with the disadvantages of ancient quality systems such as the singleness of the estimate result, didn't point the management level of the enterprise and so on.As for the estimation and application of Construction Project Quality Management Maturity Model, on the analyzation of model indices and index system this paper gives the partial judge indices, calculation method of the indices and a case of appraisement in order to show a particular use of the model. This paper also analyzes the foreground and obstructions in the application of CPQMMM and indicates some key items and detail points which need to be recognized to make sure the model can be uesd to bring into effect.
