As the most important factor in knowledge-based economy, high-tech enterprises have more and more being becoming the main growth point of economic growth. To high-tech enterprises, the main reason for rapid development lies in knowledge innovation, technology innovation and management innovation, while the subject and sources of this innovation is the people who own knowledge and innovating knowledge. Therefore, how to effectively organize high-quality and high-intelligence talents to bring their creativeness into play, i.e., to find an effective human resources management method and system has become the key for high-tech enterprises to survive and develop. This is also a new challenge for motivation theory and motivation methods. As the important part of high-tech enterprises in Jinan, the IT enterprises of Jinan also face the same problem in human resources management methods and system.Under such a background, this thesis tries to, starting from compensation motivation, one of the most important and most widely-used motivation method, make significant research on the motivation mechanism in IT enterprises of Jinan and hope to help enterprises solve, by finding effective compensation management methods, the human resources management problems and stimulate the employees.Jinan Lianxinda Science & Technology Corporation, a representative of the IT enterprises in Jinan, is engaged in development and service of software and system integration. In the process of rapid development of this corporation, a series of human resources management problems arise, such as poor morale, key managers' resignation, achievement decreasing, and so on. This thesis, by investigating and analyzing the current compensation system of this corporation, puts forward a new salary system to solve the problems in Jinan Lianxinda Science & Technology Corporation.The main content of this thesis is:First, introducing and summarizing the basic concept of the wage system and the salary system design of the high-tech enterprises.Second, deeply analyzing the key features of the human resources of new and high-tech enterprises and the main problems now lied in us. Third, after introducing company's background, characteristics and strategies, with the aid of a lot of investigation data, this thesis deeply analyzes the current compensation management situation and the rationality and problems of Jinan Lianxinda science and technology Corporation. The significance of designing new compensation system for the corporation is stated.Fourth, against these problems, using modern compensation management, the author designs a whole compensation solution, including compensation system, compensation policy, compensation structure, different compensation for different groups.On the bases of researching and summarizing the traditional compensation management theories, this thesis puts forward a new compensation system design, which is practical and helpful for the design and perfection of compensation system in IT enterprises.
