The implementation scope of production and logic workflow information system of TISCO includes several independent and relevant parts: logic workflow management of input plant, output plant, ten P-MIS, inspection and sampling system, reports and WEB portal system.The environment of all system bases on Microsoft .net, program language is mainly C#. The database is ORACLE 10g. The system widely uses OOD and design pattern technique to enhance flexibility and reuseablility of the system.For the data exchange, the advanced PSI Integration is used. J2EE is used in reports WEB system.The combination of many advanced IT technology and real production makes the system advanced and usable and reliable. It becomes more and more important TISCO production. It explores a way of low cost and high reward for self development information system.The system includes production management system, material flow management system, lab system, and middleware server, database, and reports WEB system.TISCO is the first plant which offers thin-MES according to actual status of China steel industry. It resolves mainly following problems: production management, material flow management, material goes out of plant precisely management. It implements the synchronization of material flow, information flow and money flow. It realized steel industry L3 system construction overall plan. It is the first time to make information L3 system overall solution based on production, material flow, energy system. It solved the difficult problem of enterprise information for Plate Company; it also provided whole data support for ERP system.
