When acting the needs analysis to client, we discover the demand that there is the assessment and choosing of suppliers respect in much business , native system is living to be researched and developed below such backdrop, and this paper do research on this issue.This paper make a conclusion on the development and the orientation of ERP software, and do research on the origin and the present situation of the supplier evaluation and selection issue. On the basis of the anlysis of some kinds of evaluation factor, this paper proposes four evaluation factors that accord with the reality of the enterprises, they are Business Benefits, Quality System, Service Capacity and Development Capacity, and build up a improved supplier evaluation model. This paper designs the architecture of this system, and build up a improved AHP model, Logarithmic Triangular Fuzzy AHP is adopted. The key techniques of the implementation of Supplier assessment and choosing system are also introduced in the thesis. Finally, a case study is presented.The application of Supplier assessment and choosing system designed in this paper can offer assistant support for leader's decision of enterprise, and can also promote the information construction of enterprise.
